Owner Joanne Wright qualified in floriculture over twelve years ago in England. Life has taken many turns since then and she has used her wealth of experience to create "Lilypots". Joanne travels back to Europe regularly and takes great joy in bringing back ideas to use in her workshop Just recently, Joanne had the great opportunity of training with famous floral educator, Judith Blacklock, in Knightsbridge, London. She worked with fellow florists from all over the world, including Australia, Brazil and America.
"Lilypots benefits so much from my European travels and I come back bubbling over with ideas", says Joanne. One of the hightlights of Joanne's floral travels was visitng the world flower market in Holland. "It was an amazing experience seeing thousands of flower varieties from all over the world". Joanne buys flowers from all over the world and is constantly striving for the best quality for her clients. "I have a passion for flowers, but an obsession with quality and it drives my vendors crazy", she says. Long may it continue.

Designer Jeanette Michelle Meyers has over 25 years of floral experience. Having graduated from the American Floral Arts School in Chicago, Jeanette continued her education in landscape design in ornamental horticulture, fine arts, and interior design. She is a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the floral arts and shares her knowledge openly with clients and customers. Her mantra is "I can do that" and believe me, she can, says owner Joanne. "You wouldn't believe some of the things I am asked to do but that is the joy of my job". There is always a floral challenge.
The shop is situated in downtown Lake Geneva. Lilypots is an Alladdin's cove of flowers and flower pots. We carry Guy Wolff Pottery, Sia Home, Montag Fine Candles, and European occasion cards.
